I'm Atilla Kuseyri — a lawyer by profession and an independent app developer by passion.
For nearly thirty years I've practiced law, and over the past few years I've channeled that same attention to detail into building software. Today I've published more than 100 apps on the App Store: travel and city guides, practical everyday utilities, AI-powered tools, and a series of plain-language guides to Turkish law that draw directly on my legal background.
I work alone, and I build the kind of apps I'd want to use myself — simple, honest, and free of the things that make modern software tiring.
One price, paid once. Every app is a small one-time purchase. No subscriptions.
No ads. Your screen is yours.
No tracking, no data harvesting. I'm not in the business of selling attention or personal data.
Useful first. Each app is meant to do one job well, whether that's helping you find your way around a city, calculating a legal deadline, or drafting a petition.
The law taught me precision, clarity, and respect for the person on the other side of a problem. I try to carry all three into everything I ship. My legal guides in particular are where these two worlds meet: real procedures and current rules, written in language an ordinary person can actually follow.
I split my time between Istanbul and Montenegro, and I'm always working on something new.

This Privacy Policy explains how this website (atillakuseyri.com) handles information about its visitors. It covers the website only. Each iOS and macOS app has its own separate privacy policy, available on its App Store page and on the app support pages.
This site is operated by Atilla Kuseyri ("I", "me"). If you have any questions about this policy, you can reach me using the contact details at the end.
I don't run ads, I don't use analytics or tracking cookies of my own, and I don't sell your data. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me — for example, through the contact / submission form or by emailing me directly.
Information you send me. If you use the contact or guest submission form, or email me, I receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. I use this solely to read and respond to you.
Hosting and server data. This website is hosted on Google Sites (Google LLC). Like most web hosts, Google's servers may automatically log technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and operational purposes. This processing is governed by Google's own privacy policy. I do not have independent access to detailed analytics about individual visitors.
Cookies. I do not place advertising or tracking cookies. Google may set strictly necessary or functional cookies required to serve the site; these are managed by Google.

I do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making, and I do not sell or rent it to anyone.
For visitors in Türkiye, processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), on the basis of your explicit consent (when you submit a form) and my legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the equivalent bases under the GDPR are your consent and legitimate interests.
I do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
Service providers that make the site work (notably Google, as the hosting provider).
Where legally required, for example to comply with a valid legal obligation or request from a competent authority.
I keep messages and form submissions only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. Hosting logs are retained according to Google's own policies.
